Dave Dias is teaching an Exercise Class on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS each week at 5:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Dave is a Certified Personal Trainer at both the YMCA in Edwardsville and SnapFitness in Litchfield. New participants are always welcome!
